Ellis will take over the chief financial duties at the Atlanta-based recovery audit and cost- containment services provider. Ellis was CFO of PRG from 1995 to 1999.
NuCFO: Chip manufacturing equipment maker NuTool Inc. announced the addition of Michael Gough as CFO. Before joining the Milpitas-based company, Gough was the principal at Gough Associates, a financial and management consultancy.
Add Jacquelyn Barry-Hamilton to the strange-titles file. She was named chief navigator and EVP of mergers and acquisition at Rebar, a Norwood, Mass.-based technology operating company. Rebar named Moosa E. Moosa to succeed Barry- Hamilton as CFO. Moosa was formerly CFO of Chemfab Corp.
Creo Products Inc. announced the appointment of Michael Graydon as CFO. He joins the Vancouver-based digital imaging company from Voyus Ltd., a technology services company, where he was CFO. He succeeds Tom Kordyback, who will stay on as director of operations in Vancouver.
