U.S. Restaurant Properties Inc. announced new senior management Wednesday. The chain-restaurant holding company, which operates such chains as Burger King, Chili’s, and Pizza Hut, named Robert Stetson to the chief-executive spot. Stetson was previously president of the retail division and CFO of Burger King Corp. He also served a stint as Pizza Hut CFO. Stetson is the largest individual shareholder of USRP.
The Dallas-based company also named H.G. Carrington Jr. COO and CFO. Carrington joins USRP from California Pizza Kitchen Inc., where he was EVP and CFO.
USRP also named Harry Davis VP of asset management.
Back at Carrington’s former digs, VP of finance and controller Greg Levin stepped into the CFO post of California Pizza Kitchen, a Los Angeles-based pizza chain.

Barry M. Sullivan was name VP and treasurer of Armstrong Holdings Inc., the holding company of floor-and-ceiling manufacturer Armstrong World Industries. He will report to CFO Leonard A. Campanaro. Sullivan joins RailWorks Corp., where he was also VP and treasurer.

Affiliated companies American Realty Investors Inc., Transcontinental Realty Investors Inc., and Income Opportunity Realty Investors Inc. announced the appointment of Louis J. Corna as CFO. Corna will also serve as CFO of Basic Capital Management Inc., a private real estate investment firm that serves as advisor to the three Dallas-based real estate firms. Corna, a former lawyer, was most recently SVP of taxes of Basic Capital.
