Prior to joining the Raleigh, N.C.-based nTouch, Gianni was VP of finance and administration at Celotek Corporation, a provider of ATM network encryption based in Research Triangle Park, N.C.

Artisoft Inc., a developer of software-based phone systems, appointed Michael O’Donnell as CFO. Prior to joining Cambridge, Mass.-based Artisoft, O’Donnell served as VP and CFO at Lily Transportation Co., a multi- location private transportation company.
- The one with all the answers:
NaviSys, Inc., a provider of e-commerce and enterprise business solutions, appointed Martin J. Veilleux as CFO and senior VP. Most recently, Veilleux held the position of CFO with MarketSource, a national full-service marketing firm, based in Cranbury, New Jersey.
- At Your Servers:
Jack Henry & Associates, a provider of computer services to commercial banks and credit unions, announced that it promoted its CFO, Terry Thompson to the post of president and COO. He replaces Michael Wallace, who resigned to pursue other interests. The Monett, Mo.-based company also named Kevin Williams, 41, to succeed Thompson, 50, as CFO. Williams had been the company’s controller since July 1998 and Thompson was CFO for 10 years.
