Pam Kaur | HSBC
Pam Kaur, group chief financial officer of HSBC, plans to retire in 2027. After stepping down as CFO, she will remain with the bank as an adviser to CEO Georges Elhedery through the end of 2028. HSBC’s board has started the search for her successor and is considering internal and external candidates. Kaur has worked at the bank for over 13 years, and before becoming CFO in January 2025, she worked as the bank’s group chief risk and compliance officer.
Warren Jenson | Polymarket
Polymarket hired Warren Jenson as the prediction market firm’s first finance chief. Jenson was previously president and CFO of audience insights, data and analytics firm Nielsen and before that was president at data collaboration company LiveRamp. Earlier in his career, Jenson held chief financial officer roles at Amazon, Electronic Arts, Delta Air Lines and NBC. He currently serves on the boards of DigitalOcean, Dropbox and Ripple.
Jack Tobin | CME Group
Jack Tobin was promoted to CFO of CME Group. Tobin joined the derivatives exchange in 2002 and has been chief accounting officer since 2015. He will become deputy chief financial officer in November before taking over the top finance spot in March 2027. Tobin replaces President and CFO Lynne Fitzpatrick, who was promoted to chief executive officer. Fitzpatrick has been with the company since 2006 and has held her current role since November 2024.
Michael Brous | Lyft
Lyft promoted Michael Brous to chief financial officer, effective Sept. 28. Brous joined the ride-share company in 2018 through its acquisition of bike-sharing firm Motivate, where he was the vice president of finance. Since November 2025, he has been head of Lyft Urban Solutions and Safety and Customer Care. In his current role, he oversees Lyft’s network of over 195,000 bikes. He previously worked as head of strategy and growth of the Urban Solutions business. Brous succeeds Erin Brewer, who plans to retire. Brewer, who has been Lyft’s CFO since July 2023, will remain with the company as an adviser through Dec. 15.
Sumita Pandit | Genpact
Technology firm Genpact appointed Sumita Pandit as chief financial officer. Pandit joins Genpact from insurer Radian Group, where she was most recently CFO and president. Before that, she was chief operating officer of payments company dLocal, where she led its initial public offering. She earlier worked at J.P. Morgan as managing director and global head of fintech investment banking and at Goldman Sachs as vice president of its financial institutions group. Pandit succeeds Michael Weiner, who has been CFO since 2021. Weiner will stay with the company as an adviser through the end of Q1 2027.
Lucy Hovey | Kraft Heinz UK & Ireland
Lucy Hovey was named the new finance chief of Kraft Heinz UK & Ireland. Hovey joins the food and beverage company from Unilever, where she has spent 13 years in several senior finance leadership roles. She was most recently chief financial officer of the company’s U.K. & Ireland personal care businesses and was also finance lead of deodorants and skin cleansing for Europe. She earlier worked at KPMG UK for over seven years, most recently as manager of transaction services.
Jennifer Fulk | Kura Oncology
Jennifer Fulk was named finance chief of biopharmaceutical company Kura Oncology. Fulk was most recently chief financial officer of Soleno Therapeutics, and earlier held the CFO role at water data management platform 120Water and virtual mental health care provider Talkspace. Fulk also spent over 15 years at Eli Lilly and Company, where she held several finance and operating leadership roles, including as CFO of U.S. Bio-Medicines.
Mark Johnson | Laird Superfood
Laird Superfood hired Mark Johnson as the plant-based food and beverage company’s new CFO. Johnson will serve as the company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer before taking the CFO role on Oct. 1. He joins Laird from Tropicana Brands Group, where he was most recently vice president of finance for North America. Before that, he spent five years at Champion Petfoods as vice president for commercial and supply chain finance. Johnson earlier held senior leadership roles at Danone and spent 10 years at Pepsi Bottling Group in corporate planning and finance leadership roles. Johnson replaces Anya Hamill, who resigned on Aug. 31 to become chief financial officer of pet product company Bark.
Kate Peachway | CohnReznick
Kate Peachway has joined CohnReznick as the accounting firm’s partner and chief financial officer. Peachway was most recently CFO of TS Imagine, a capital markets and investment management software firm. Earlier roles include principal of GrowthCurve Capital and an investment analyst at BlueMountain Capital Management.
