Pinterest, a San Francisco-based social-media company, named Julia Brau Donnelly as chief financial officer, effective June 20. Brau Donnelly, who most recently was vice president and global head of finance and accounting at Wayfair, will succeed Todd Morgenfeld. Morgenfeld leaves July 1.

Sarah Wynne | Transdigm Group

TransDigm Group, a Cleveland-based producer and supplier of engineered aerospace components, systems, and subsystems, named Sarah Wynne as its chief financial officer, effective immediately. Ms. Wynne will succeed Mike Lisman, who, along with Executive Vice President Joel Reiss, will become co-chief operating officers. Wynne has been TransDigm’s chief accounting officer for the past five years.

Gerald Laderman

Gerald Laderman, chief financial officer of United Airlines Holdings, the parent company of United Airlines, informed the company of his plans to retire in 2024, after more than three decades of service with the company. A replacement has not been announced. Laderman has agreed to continue to serve as finance cheif until the effective date of the company’s appointment of his successor, and thereafter will serve as executive vice president, finance, until his expected retirement in September of next year. 

Abed Abdo

Abed Abdo joins the food and beverage cooperative Organic Valley as their new finance chief. Abdo comes from St Jude's Children's Hospital, where he held the same title. He replaces interim CFO Jennifer Lilla, who served at the post after the departure of previous CFO Stephen Famolaro, who is now nearly six months into his role at Kodiak Cakes. 

Anna Manz

Taking over the CFO chair at Nestlé will be Anna Manz, currently CFO and board member at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). She replaces François-Xavier Roger, who is stepping down to pursue new career opportunities. While Roger will remain at his post until Manz can make a full transition, according to Nestlé, there is no timetable as to when Manz will fully take over operations.

Graeme Pitkethly

After nine years as finance chief and two decades on the board, Unilever Plc CFO Graeme Pitkethly announces he will depart the company in May of next year. The company has announced that although his replacement is undecided as of now, they will be pursuing an internal and external search to fill the vacancy. An executive shakeup is not new for Unilever, who just welcomed aboard CEO Hein Schumacher in January.

James Turner

Prudential Plc chief financial officer James Turner resigned on Wednesday amid a probe into a code of conduct matter related to a recent recruitment situation, with the firm saying he didn’t meet its standards. The company named Ben Bulmer, currently CFO for insurance and asset management, as his successor, according to a statement to Hong Kong’s stock exchange. Turner will be available to help with a smooth transition for four months, the statement said, without detailing what the conduct issues were.

In her inaugural CFO role, Sharon Medeiros departs BankNewport for the chief finance spot at Alltrust Credit Union. Her most recent title at BankNewport was senior vice president and chief accounting officer. She brings two decades of banking experience into her new role.
