Joanne Knight | Cargill
Agribusiness giant Cargill named Joanne Knight as its new finance chief. Knight took over as the company’s acting CFO last month after former chief financial officer Jamie Miller stepped down to become global CFO of Ernst & Young. Before this role, Knight was vice president of finance for the company’s agriculture supply chain enterprise. Prior to joining Cargill, she spent 10 years in finance, marketing, and business leadership roles at General Mills. Knight also held finance leadership roles at Wachovia.
Sandeep Singh Aujla | Intuit
Intuit, the technology company that makes TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, named Sandeep Singh Aujla as CFO, effective August 1. Aujla, who has held senior finance positions at Intuit for seven years, is currently the senior vice president of finance for Intuit’s largest business unit, the small business and self-employed group, and for its technology organization. Before joining Intuit, he held leadership roles in finance at Visa and investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Michelle Clatterbuck, who has been finance chief since 2018, plans to step down as CFO on July 31.
Teresa Luong | TrueCar
Teresa Luong, formerly senior vice president of finance of TrueCar, was promoted to chief financial officer of the digital automotive marketplace. Luong joined the company in 2014 from Conversant, where she was director of finance. She replaces Jantoon Reigersman, who held dual roles of chief operating officer and chief financial officer. Reigersman will remain chief operating officer.
Natalya Davick | Trove
Fashion and apparel reseller Trove hired Natalya Davick as finance chief. Davick was most recently CFO of Palmetto Clean Tech, a B2C residential solar platform. Before that, she was senior vice president of finance at food delivery service Postmates. Davick previously held finance leadership roles at Google, Twitter, and SoFi.
Rémi Thomas | Proofpoint
Cybersecurity and compliance company Proofpoint hired Rémi Thomas as CFO. He joins Proofpoint after a four-year stint as CFO of cloud networking business Extreme Networks. Previously, Thomas held senior finance roles at CA Technologies and was CFO of HPE Software, a business unit of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Thomas succeeds Paul Auvil, who is stepping down after 16 years as the company’s CFO.
Robert Higginbotham | Foot Locker
Robert Higginbotham was named interim CFO of Foot Locker while the shoe-store chain looks to find a permanent replacement for Andrew Page. Page, who joined the company as CFO in April 2021, will step down on Feb. 28. Higginbotham will take on the interim CFO role on March 1 in addition to his current role as senior vice president of investor relations and FP&A. Higginbotham joined the retailer in January 2022 after a 20-year career as an equity research analyst and portfolio manager covering the retail, apparel, footwear, and internet industries.
Jeremy Rosenberg | Harmonic
Sanjay Kalra, CFO of Harmonic, will resign from the company on March 3 to pursue other opportunities. The video streaming and broadband solution company appointed Jeremy Rosenberg, its senior vice president of business development, interim CFO while it looks for a permanent replacement. Before joining Harmonic in 2015, Rosenberg held leadership roles at various companies, including senior vice president of technology at Music Choice and chief financial officer of Visible World.
Robert Krakauer | Arevon
Arevon appointed Robert Krakauer as the renewable energy company’s new chief financial officer. Krakauer joins the company from CBD manufacturer EcoGen BioSciences, where he was chief operating officer. He was previously CFO of Lifelock, MagnaChip Semiconductor, ChipPAC, and Allied Signal Electronic Materials.
Ryan Clement | SelectQuote
Ryan Clement, senior vice president of FP&A and interim CFO of SelectQuote, was named chief financial officer of the insurance company. Clement joined the company in January 2022 and has been working as interim CFO since May 2022. Clement was previously CFO of the software technology company Sifted. He earlier spent seven years at the investment advisory firm Edelman Financial Engines, in various senior-level finance and operational roles.
