BroadVision Corp., a provider of E-business applications, announced that EVP and CFO Randall Bolten tendered his resignation and that a search for his successor is currently underway. Bolten, who joined BroadVision in 1995, will step down in late July. Corporate treasurer Terry Davis has been appointed interim CFO.
San Diego-based WD-40 Co. named Neal E. Schmale to its board of directors. Schmale is currently EVP and CFO of energy-services holding company Sempra Energy. The maker of WD-40 lubricant also named former Autozone Inc. CEO John C. Adams Jr. to its board.
Flagging Interest? Undersea communications network Flag Telecom Holdings Ltd. said CFO Larry Bautista is leaving the company in August to pursue other interests. The New York-based firm said Deloitte & Touche LLP partner Peter O’Donoghue will serve as acting CFO.
When outsourced-software development company ERunway Inc. needed a finance chief, it gave Tom Holler a shout. Holler joins the Westborough, Mass.-based firm from Aether Systems Inc., where he was VP of finance and business operations.
Vertex Interactive Inc. sees Mark Flint as the high point of its finance department. The Fairfield, N.J.-based supply-chain technology firm named him CFO. Flint joins Vertex from Industria Solutions Inc., where was CFO. The company also announced that Raymong Broek was appointed VP of finance and treasurer, to report to Flint.
