Revlon has appointed Juan Figuereo as its new finance chief. He previously headed finance at NII Holdings, and he is also a former CFO of Newell Rubbermaid and of Cott Corp.
Jill Golder has been named to head finance at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. She will join the firm later this month and take over as CFO from the retiring Lawrence Hyatt on June 6. Formerly, Golder led the finance function at Ruby Tuesday.
Red Lion Hotels announced that Jim Bell has resigned from the top finance spot. David Wright, vice president of accounting, tax, and external reporting, will become interim CFO until a permanent replacement for Bell is found.

LHC Group has appointed Josh Proffitt CFO and treasurer, effective April 30, taking over for the departing Dionne Viator. Proffitt has been at the health-care-services provider since 2008, most recently as general counsel.
Adhesives provider H.B. Fuller has chosen John Corkrean as its next finance chief, effective May 17. He succeeds Jim Giertz, who will become an executive vice president until he retires next year. Corkrean comes to the company from Ecolab, where he was senior vice president of finance for the global energy services division.
Jude Beres has been promoted to CFO at Universal Truckload Services, effective March 31. As such, he takes over for finance chief and treasurer David Crittenden, who has resigned. Beres has been chief administrative officer since April of last year.
Triumph Group has said that Jeffrey McRae, who heads finance, will leave the firm after it files its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ending on March 31. A search for his replacement is under way.
