Bruce Koepfgen, head of finance at Janus Capital Group, has been promoted to president of the investment company. Treasurer Jennifer McPeek will take over as CFO.

Richard Bressler has been named president and CFO of CC Media Holdings Inc. and Clear Channel Communications Inc., as well as CFO of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. He is a former finance chief of Time Warner and has served on the board of directors of CC Media Holdings and Clear Channel Communications since 2008.

Software firm Covisint Corp. has named Enrico Digirolamo to lead the finance function. He joins the company from Allstate Insurance, where he was senior vice president; before that, he headed finance at General Motors Europe.

Calibre Systems Inc., a technology-services and management-consulting firm, has appointed Pamela Little to the top finance spot. She is a former CFO, and later co-CEO, of ATS Corp.

Mark Miller has been named to head finance at LHP Hospital Group. He takes over for William Hibbitt, who is retiring. Previously, Miller was CFO of Sabre Holdings.

Finance chief Frederic Burditt plans to retire from valve designer and manufacturer Circor International Inc. when his replacement has been hired. A search for his successor is under way.

Women’s apparel retailer Caché Inc. has named Anthony DiPippa to the top finance spot. He takes over from Margaret Feeney, who has resigned. DiPippa joins the company from W. B. Mason, where he also headed finance.
