Manufacturer Terex Corp. has announced that finance chief Phil Widman is retiring, but will remain in his post into the first half of next year. A search is under way for his successor.

VMware Inc. has named Jonathan Chadwick to head finance, effective November 5. He is a former CFO of Skype and of McAfee.

Kent McKee is leaving the top finance spot at Mueller Industries Inc. Vice president-corporate development Jeffrey Martin will become interim CFO at the copper tube and fittings manufacturer.

Press Ganey Associates Inc. has appointed Eileen Kamerick to lead the finance function. Previously, she was CFO and managing director at Houlihan Lokey, as well as CFO of Heidrick & Struggles, BP Amoco Americas, and Leo Burnett.

Biologics firm Bioventus has selected David Price as its next head of finance. Most recently, he was CFO, chief operating officer, and corporate treasurer at Edgar Online Inc.

Paul Downey has been named to the top finance spot at Channel Technologies Group, a sonar and navigation systems provider. Previously, Downey was CFO at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Co. and at Primus International Inc.
