Tenet Healthcare Corp. has named Daniel Cancelmi as its next finance chief. He has been principal accounting officer since 2007.

Richard Rodick has been named CFO and executive vice president – finance of supply-chain services firm UTi Worldwide Inc. Rodick, who replaces Lawrence Samuels, most recently was senior vice president, finance, at Broadridge Financial Solutions.

CBL & Associates Properties Inc. has promoted Farzana Mitchell to the top finance spot, taking over from John Foy. Mitchell has been at the shopping-center developer and owner since 2000 and was named executive vice president – finance in 2010.

Financial advisory PFM Group has appointed Robert Delany a managing director and CFO. He joins the company from Sciens Capital Management, where he was CFO and chief operating officer.

Curtis Berchtold has been selected to lead the finance function at Pinnacle Airlines Corp. He replaces Edward Christie III, who resigned in March. Most recently, Berchtold was CFO at Silver Airways.

Omnicare Inc. has promoted Robert Kraft to the top finance spot. Kraft has been senior vice president of finance at the pharmaceutical-services provider since 2010.

UGI Corp., which markets and distributes energy products and services, has named Kirk Oliver to head finance, effective October 1. Previously, he was chief operating officer and senior managing director of InfraREIT Capital Partners LLC.

Jacob Shulman has been promoted to finance chief at Mellanox Technologies, effective November 5. He succeeds Michael Gray, who is retiring. Shulman joined the company as corporate controller in 2007 and has been vice president of finance since March.

STR Holdings Inc. has promoted CFO Barry Morris to be its next chief operating officer. In turn, controller and principal accounting officer Joseph Radziewicz has been named CFO.

CFO Gary Koos has added to his responsibilities at Worldwide Energy & Manufacturing USA Inc.: he is now also CEO and president of the photovoltaic solar module supplier, replacing Jeff Watson.
