Gordon Brothers Group has named John Kelliher to head finance. He succeeds Robert Paglia, who was appointed chief operating officer at the advisory, investment, and restructuring company last summer. Most recently, Kelliher was CFO of Twin Rivers Technologies Holdings Inc.

Charles Boynton has been promoted to CFO at SunPower Corp., a solar systems, solar panels, and solar cells manufacturer. He had been vice president of corporate finance and corporate development since June 2010.

Managed health-care service provider ValueOptions has named Scott Tabakin to the top finance spot. He is a former CFO of Bravo Health Inc.

Fanatics Inc., an online seller of sports merchandise, has appointed Thomas Baumlin to lead the finance function. Previously, he was a managing director at Two Rivers Capital.

Robert Lawson has been named finance chief at cloud business telephone systems provider RingCentral Inc. He joins the company from Codexis Inc., where he also was CFO.

Franklin Energy Services LLC has named Tracy Pearson CFO. She is a former CFO/treasurer and risk officer of RMT Inc.

Money-transfer firm MoneyGram International has promoted W. Alexander Holmes to the top finance spot. He replaces James Shields, who had been CFO since July 2010. Previously, Holmes was senior vice president for corporate strategy and investor relations.

H.D. Smith has named Bill Williams as its next finance chief. Williams, who recently was interim CFO at the pharmaceutical wholesaler, is a former partner in the Chicago office of Tatum LLC.

Chris Mitchell has been appointed to lead the finance function at eDoorways International Corp. Previously, he was CFO of the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation; he was also financial controller at and director of web analytics at the company.

InfuSystem Holdings Inc. has named Jonathan Foster to head finance. He takes over from Jim Froisland, who has been interim CFO of the infusion-pump provider since December 2010. Foster joins InfuSystem from LSG Sky Chefs, USA Inc., where he was a consultant to the CFO. Before that, he was president and majority owner of United Credit Inc. & Advance Today Inc.
