Boeing finance chief and corporate president James Bell plans to retire on April 1, 2012. Bell, who has been CFO since 2003 and corporate president since 2008, will be succeeded as CFO by corporate controller and finance vice president Greg Smith, effective February 1.
Doug Scovanner, who has been CFO at Target Corp. since 1994, will retire on March 31, 2012. He will stay in that post for the next five months while the company looks for his successor.
LeMond Fitness Inc., a maker of cycling and other fitness products, has named Raymond Calvert to lead the finance function. Most recently a financial consultant, he is a former CFO and vice president of finance at Northstar Neuroscience.
Stephan Keller has been appointed to head finance at Cole Real Estate Investments. He takes over from Kirk McAllaster, who will become CFO of the company’s REITS and real estate funds, a newly created post. Previously, Keller was COO of the financial institutions group in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East for UBS.

Aviat Networks Inc. has named Edward Hayes Jr. to the top finance spot. Most recently, he was CFO of Pillar Data Systems Inc. before it was acquired by Oracle.
Anthony Boor is the new finance chief at Blackbaud Inc. He succeeds Timothy Williams, who is retiring. Boor joins the software provider from Brightpoint Inc., where he was CFO and treasurer.
Social-networking applications developer SNAP Interactive Inc. has appointed Jon Pedersen Sr. to head finance. He is a former senior vice president-controller of Warner Music Group.
