Ed Barnes has resigned as finance chief of JetBlue Airways. Barnes had been at the company since 2006 and was promoted to the top finance spot in 2008. Treasurer Mark Powers will take over as interim CFO until a permanent replacement for Barnes is found.
Bank holding company TCF Financial Corp. has named CFO Thomas Jasper to the post of vice chairman, funding, operations and finance. Michael Jones, CFO of TCF Equipment Finance, will succeed Jasper, effective January 1.
Visteon Corp. has appointed Martin Welch III to lead the finance function. He joins the automotive supplier from United Rentals Inc., where he was CFO.
Thomas Hess has been appointed to head finance at Keane, which handles unclaimed property reporting and compliance. He is a former CFO and senior vice president of finance at Yaupon Therapeutics Inc.

Exploration and production firm Saratoga Resources Inc. has named Michael Aldridge to the top finance spot. Most recently a financial consultant to the energy industry, he is a former CFO and treasurer of Petroquest Energy Inc.
Mindspeed Technologies Inc. has appointed Stephen Ananias to lead the finance function, effective October 31. He is a former controller of Broadband Communications Group at Broadcom Corp.
SolarCity has named Robert Kelly to head finance. Previously CFO of Calpine, Kelly joins the company from Calera, where he was also CFO.
Lonny Robinson has been named interim CFO at holding company Hanmi Financial Corp. and its subsidiary Hanmi Bank. He replaces Brian Cho, who has retired. Robinson has been finance chief at several community banks, including Center Financial.
Environmental and engineering services firm Newpark Resources Inc. has announced that finance chief James Braun will leave the company at the end of the month. He will be succeeded by chief accounting officer Gregg Piontek.
