Payment processor Heartland Payment Systems Inc. has named Maria Rueda as its new finance chief. In that role, she replaces president and CFO Robert H.B. Baldwin Jr., who will remain president. Rueda is a former CFO of ING Direct.
Bob Cotton has been promoted to CFO at financial-services company National Life Group. Cotton, who has been at the firm since 1993, had been named senior vice president for finance in January.
Information-technology consultancy CIBER Inc. has appointed Claude Pumilia to lead the finance function. He takes over from Peter Cheesbrough, who is leaving the company but will stay through the end of the month to aid in the transition. Pumilia joins the firm after serving as CFO of the City and County of Denver since 2007; prior to that, he held senior finance posts at companies including Hewlett-Packard and Compaq.
LiveOffice LLC has named Matt Hardy to the top finance spot. He comes to the provider of cloud-based e-mail services from Digital Insight, where he most recently was vice president of finance.
Richard Addi has been promoted to president and CEO of Exostar LLC. He has been finance chief for the past four years.
Technology company GSI Group has appointed Robert Buckley CFO. Previously, he led the finance function for PerkinElmer Inc.’s environmental health business.
ExtraHop Networks Inc., a network-based application performance management solutions provider, has named Palvi Mehta to the top finance spot. She formerly headed finance at RadioFrame Networks and at NewPath Networks.
