10-Q for the first quarter. Klein currently serves as managing director of Barclays Capital.
Holli Nichols has resigned as head of finance at power company Dynegy Inc. Charles Cook, executive vice president, commercial operations and market analytics, will become interim CFO.

He succeeds interim CFO James Zhu, who will return to his post as chief accounting officer. Previously, Widmar was CFO and president of the engineered solutions division of Graftech International Ltd.
Baldwin Technology Co. has named Ivan Habibe CFO and treasurer, effective April 4. He comes to the company, a supplier of equipment to the printing and packaging industries, from Russell Hobbs Inc., where he also served as CFO.
Finance chief Tom Donnelly has been promoted to president of Digital River Inc. Donnelly, who joined the company in 2005 as treasurer and vice president of finance, will also remain head of finance until a replacement is found.
