Luca Maestri has been named CFO of Xerox Corp., effective February 16. Most recently, he headed finance at Nokia Siemens Networks. Maestri replaces Lawrence Zimmerman, who will retire as head of finance next month but stay on in his other role as vice chairman through April 1.
RadioShack Corp. finance chief Jim Gooch has been promoted to president of the company. He will become CEO when current chairman and CEO Julian Day retires, now planned for May. (The company plans to separate the CEO and chairman posts.)
AutoTrader.com has named Dallas Clement to the top finance spot, effective February 7. He joins the Internet car marketplace from Cox Communications, where he was chief strategy officer.
Robert Flexon will be the new head of finance at energy products and services distributor UGI Corp., effective February 14. He takes over from Peter Kelly, who had earlier announced he would retire next month. Previously, Flexon was CEO of Foster Wheeler AG.
A. Schulman Inc. has announced that CFO, treasurer, and assistant secretary Paul DeSantis will leave on February 28 for a position at another company. A search is under way for his successor; in the meantime, corporate controller Donald McMillan will oversee the finance function at the plastic compounds and resins supplier.
Managed-video-as-a-service company Envysion Inc. has named Stu Lucko to lead the finance function. Most recently, he was CFO of Jabber Inc. before its sale to Cisco Systems.
Brian Clark will become CFO and treasurer of NCI Inc. in April. He joins the company, which provides information technology, engineering, and other services to U.S. government agencies, from Stanley Inc., where he held the same posts.
House Party has named J. Gregory Jester to head finance at the marketing-services company. He is a former CFO of Alvogen Group.
Semiconductor maker Ramtron International Corp. has promoted CFO Eric Balzer to replace CEO Bill Staunton, who has resigned. Balzer will continue as finance chief until a successor is found.
