Todd Graber is the new finance chief at Pink OTC Markets Inc. Previously, he was CFO at Quadriserv.

CFO Marcel Smits will step in as interim CEO at Sara Lee Corp. while Brenda Barnes takes a temporary leave of absence for medical reasons. Smits came to the company in October from Dutch telecommunications firm Koninklijke KPN NV, where he also held the top finance spot. Corporate controller Mark Garvey, who has been at Sara Lee since 1995, will in turn take over as interim CFO for Smits.

Door manufacturer Masonite Inc. has named Mark Erceg to lead the finance function, effective June 1. Formerly, he was vice president and general manager of global investor relations at Procter & Gamble Co.

Peter Donato, who has been CFO of in-vitro diagnostics systems manufacturer IRIS International Inc. since August 2007, has resigned from his position. Martin McDermut, who headed finance from 1995 to 1999, has rejoined the firm as acting CFO until a replacement for Donato is found.

Tara Minerals Corp. has named David Bizzaro to lead finance. He succeeds Clifford Brown, who will become the company’s controller of U.S. operations. Bizzaro, also named CFO of Tara subsidiary Adit Resources Corp., comes to the firm from The IFC Group, where he was founder and managing partner.

David Obstler will become finance chief of MSCI Inc. following the investment-decision support tools provider’s planned acquisition of RiskMetrics Group. Obstler, who has been CFO of RiskMetrics since 2005, replaces Michael Neborak, who will stay on through a transition period.

Altegrity Inc. has appointed Jeffrey Campbell to become head of finance, and Bart Witteveen, who has been interim CFO since December, has been promoted to the post of senior vice president of finance. Campbell joins the provider of security solutions from Alpharma Inc., where he served as CFO from 2006 to 2009.

Home-health and hospice services provider Gentiva Health Services Inc. has promoted senior vice president of finance Eric Slusser to the CFO role. He takes over from John Potapchuk, who will serve as a special adviser to Slusser.
