CFOs on the Move: Week Ending February 5

Jeffrey Harris is moving up from vice president of finance to CFO at children’s clothing retailer The Gymboree Corp., replacing current CFO and COO Blair Lambert in the top finance role. Lambert will remain as COO through the third quarter of this year.

Nanotechnology company Arrowhead Research Corp. has named Ken Myszkowski CFO. He takes over from Joseph Kingsley, who has been interim CFO since July 2009. Myszkowski comes to the company from Broadwind Energy, where he was corporate controller.

Scott Maw has been named to lead the finance function at SeaBright Insurance Holdings Inc. He is a former CFO of retail/consumer bank operations at JP Morgan Chase.

CFO and treasurer William Rogers has resigned from NV Energy Inc. Chief accounting officer and controller Kevin Bethel will take over as interim CFO until a permanent replacement for Rogers is found.

John Calonico Jr. is the new finance chief at Aster Data. Previously, he was CFO at Interwoven.

Eye-care products and services provider VSP Global has appointed Donald Ball Jr. to the top finance spot. He succeeds Patricia Cochran, who has retired from the company. Ball comes to VSP Global from grocery-store chain Raley’s, where he was CFO; he also served as CFO of IKEA North America Services.

Frank Dellaquila has been promoted to finance chief at Emerson Electric Co. He takes over from vice chairman and CFO Walter Galvin, who will continue on in the vice chairman role. Dellaquila joined the company in 1991 and has been controller and senior vice president of finance since last year.

John Clagg has resigned as head of finance at YTB International Inc., an e-commerce business-solutions provider. CEO Robert Van Patten will add the CFO position to his title until a permanent replacement for Clagg is found.
