CFOs on the Move: Week Ending October 23

Color science and technology company X-Rite Inc. has named Rajesh Shah CFO and secretary. He comes to the firm from Cadence Innovation LLC, where he also held the top finance spot.

Andrew Levy adds the title of president to his CFO role at Allegiant Travel Co. In his new post, he succeeds Maurice Gallagher Jr., who continues in his positions of CEO and chairman.

Steel-product manufacturer Nucor Corp. has announced that finance head Terry Lisenby will retire at year-end. Lisenby, who has been at the company since 1985, will be replaced by corporate controller James Frias on January 1.

Robert Kocourek is resigning as CFO of Polymer Group Inc., but will remain on the job until the company files its 10-Q for the period ending October 3. Board member Keith Hall will take on the role of interim CFO at the developer, producer, and marketer of engineered materials until a permanent successor to Kocourek can be found.

Asset International Inc., a publisher and provider of information to financial enterprises, has appointed Thomas Wright to lead the finance function. He is a former CFO of Northstar Travel Media LLC.

Biotechnology company Aileron Therapeutics Inc. has named Steven Kafka to be its first CFO and vice president, finance and operations. Previously, Kafka was vice president, finance, at Infinity Pharmaceuticals.

Gary Anthony has been promoted to CFO and secretary at Axion International Holdings Inc., which uses recycled plastics for high-load industrial products. Anthony, who joined the company earlier this year as controller, formerly was controller at Xenomics Inc.
