Retailer Stein Mart Inc. has announced the retirement of senior vice president of finance and CFO James Delfs. Delfs, who has held the job for 14 years, will stay on to help in the search and transition period for his successor.

James Dollive is the new executive vice president of finance and CFO at The SchwanFood Co. He formerly worked at Kraft Foods Inc. for 29 years, serving as CFO from 2000 through 2007.

Advertiser Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. has named Chet Kwasniak CFO of its Americas division. He previously held the same title at Greenheck Corp., a building-ventilation-equipment manufacturer.

Michael Levitz will be the new treasurer and CFO at signal and image-processing company Analogic Corp., effective July 6. He replaces John Millerick, who is resigning from the firm but will stay through the end of September to aid in the transition.

Women’s clothing retailer Christopher & Banks Corp. has named Rodney Carter as executive vice president and CFO. Previously, he headed finance at Zales Corp., where he was also EVP and chief administrative officer.

Sanswire Corp., a developer and provider of aerospace communications services and products, has tapped Thomas Seifert for the top finance job. He has been a consultant to the company since April 2007.

Art Parker, senior vice president of finance and development at heath-care provider MedCath Corp., has been named interim CFO. He replaces Jeff Hinton, who is no longer with the company. An executive-search firm has been hired to find a permanent finance chief.

Electrical components designer and manufacturer Thomas & Betts Corp. has promoted vice president and controller William Weaver Jr. to the top finance spot, effective October 1. In that role, he replaces Kenneth Fluke, who is retiring. Weaver, who has been controller since November, is a former CFO of First Horizon Home Loans/MetLife Home Loans.

Brian Bird, vice president and CFO of NorthWestern Energy, has added the role of treasurer to his title. He takes over from Paul Evans, who is leaving the company but will stay on as a consultant through mid-August.

Patrick Spangler is the new finance chief at HighJump Software Inc. He is a former senior CFO of ev3 Inc., a medical-technology provider.
