• Sallie Krawcheck, the head of Citigroup’s Global Wealth Management operation and the company’s former CFO, is the latest of many senior-level departures from Citi. She was said to be leaving to pursue other opportunities.

• The online brokerage E-Trade has named former Pitney Bowes CFO Bruce Nolop as its finance chief. Nolop comes from an eight-year stint as CFO at the mailing solutions company. Previously in his career, Nolop spent 18 years in investment banking and six years in executive management at Kimberly-Clark.

• International Rectifier Corporation has hired IIan Daskal as its CFO. Daskal comes to the El Segundo, Calif.-based company from Infineon Technologies, where he’s been since 2001, most recently as vice president of finance and business administration. The appointment comes more than a year after International Rectifier fired its long-time CFO Mike McGee. The company had two acting CFOs during over that time.

• The Hayward, Calif.-based pharmaceutical company Aradigm Corporation has named Nancy Pecota as CFO. Pecota had been CFO of NuGen Technologies. At Aradigm she replaces interim CFO Norman Halleen, who had been in the position for more than a year. Before Pecota oversaw finance at NuGe,n she was a financial consultant and served as vice president of finance and administration at Signature BioScience Inc.

• Mark Herman has been appointed CFO of Ringleader Digital, a mobile advertising network. Herman’s most recent position was as CFO of mFormation Technologies. He was CFO of Caminus Corporation and held senior financial roles at Business Layers Inc. and CPA2Biz.

• The premium spirits company Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Inc., has named Robert Probst as senior vice president and CFO, starting September 29. He was most recently vice president of finance, strategy and business development at the global healthcare company Baxter International.

• Mark Pougnet will become CFO at Tendril, a utilities industry supplier. He comes from a stint as CFO and treasurer of Copan Systems. He also held executive financial positions at MPC Computers and AAvaya.

• Lam Research Corp., a semiconductor processing equipment manufacturer, promoted Ernest Maddock to CFO and senior vice president. Maddock was previously the company’s group vice president of global operations. He replaces Martin Anstice, who was promoted to chief operating officer.

• Lawrence Trachtenberg will resign as CFO of Mobile Mini Inc. after holding the post since 1995. He’ll be replaced by Mark Funk, who most recently was a managing director for Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.’s structured debt group.

• Pheonix Footwear Group’s interim CFO Scott Sporrer has decided to leave the Carlsbad, Calif.-based company to pursue other options. P. Douglas Ford, the company’s senior vice president of operations, will take the top finance chair. Before that he held positions as CFO and chief operating officer for Wegner North America and Induldge.com.

• First Marblehead Corporation has appointed Kenneth Klipper to the CFO position, replacing John Hupalo, who left to pursue other opportunities. Klipper was promoted from his position as the Boston-based company’s senior vice president, treasurer, and chief accounting officer.

• U.K. property company Mapeley will promote CFO Nick Friedlos to CEO in January. Current chief executive Jamie Hopkins, will remain on the board as a non-executive director.

• German pharmaceutical wholesaler Andreae-Noris Zahn appointed Stefan Gros as its new CFO, replacing Wolfgang Traut.

• Futura Medical hired Derek Martin as its new CFO. The former financial controller joined the company in April last year.

• Tim Coleman was appointed finance director of Trafficmaster, a supplier of intelligent driving services.

• Rambler Media, a Russian internet group, appointed former Tele2 Russia CFO, Nikita Serguienko, as its new finance chief.

• Bristol International Airport hired the former CFO of Auckland International Airport, Robert Sinclair, as its new CEO.

• Sistema, the diversified Russian consumer services group, tapped Sergey Savchenko as CFO of Shyam Telelink, an Indian subsidiary.

• Graham Brown, the former finance director of Wilson Bowden, was appointed temporary CEO of Ennstone Thistle, a U.K.-based building materials company.

• Swiss engineering group Dätwyler appointed Reto Welte as its CFO-designate, succeeding Silvio Magagna next July. Magagna will retire after 21 years as finance chief.
