• Teleflex Inc. named Martin Headley executive vice president and CFO. He was vice president and CFO at Roper Industries since 1996. Roper officials said a search is underway for a new CFO.

• Falcon Products Inc. appointed its second CFO in five months. The St. Louis-based maker of commercial furniture named Gene Fleetwood, director of finance and administration, to succeed Phil Pacey as CFO. Pacey, who took over as finance chief in April, resigned effective August 9, to seek other career opportunities.

• Alliance Systems Ltd., a provider of communications and computing infrastructure solutions, tapped B.J. Rone to be executive vice president and CFO. In his new role, Rone will focus on the companyÂ’s initiatives to expand internationally and grow through strategic acquisitions. Rone, a former principal with Tatum Partners, has over 25 years of senior executive management experience.

• Trimble Navigation LLC announced that CFO Mary Ellen Genovese will leave the company today to become finance chief of a privately-held technology company. Mark Harrington, who joined Trimble in January 2004 as vice president of business development and strategy, was named interim CFO. The company has begun a search for GenoveseÂ’s replacement.

• Constar International Inc. promoted William Rymer to executive vice president and CFO. He replaces James Cook, who left the company to pursue other opportunities. Rymer joined Constar in September 2003 as vice president and corporate controller.

• Conexant Systems Inc. appointed J. Scott Blouin to senior vice president and CFO, replacing Robert McMullan, who resigned for personal reasons. Blouin was most recently senior vice president and chief accounting officer.

• Boyd Group Income Fund called on Dan Dott, formerly vice-president, finance and administration of the Boyd Group, to be the companyÂ’s new vice president and CFO. He will replace Mike Graham, who resigned to accept a senior post with another company. The change is effective Sept. 1.

• Diageo North America appointed Deirdre Mahlan to senior vice president and CFO. Prior to her new appointment, she was vice president, finance for Diageo-Guinness USA, DiageoÂ’s North American beer company. Mahlan replaced outgoing CFO John Stewart.
