- A++: Teradyne Inc., a supplier of automatic test systems for semiconductor performance, named Gregory Beecher VP and CFO. Prior to joining the Boston-based company, Beecher was a senior partner in the technical practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Teradyne’s outside audit firm. He replaces Michael Bradley, who was named president of the company’s semiconductor test division.
- John Broderick just stepped up to a new level as the CFO of Cary, N.C.-based Level 8 Systems, a provider of technology consulting services and business-management software. Broderick replaces Renee Fulk, who resigned in early February. Broderick, who will assume the position April 2, was previously VP of Swell Inc., a sports media online commerce company.
- Things are getting pretty intense at San Jose, Calif.-based Intensys Corp., an application processor company. The company just appointed Barry T. Mori as CFO and VP of finance. Most recently, Mori was founder, CFO, and VP of finance for Pinnacle Composite Solutions, Inc..
- A New Acquisition: Schaumburg, Ill.-based Insurance Auto Auctions Inc. , a provider of automotive salvage and claims processing services, named Scott P. Pettit as CFO, replacing Steve Green. Pettit most recently served as SVP and CFO of Corsolutions Medical Inc., a national provider of integrated disease management services.
- A Prescription for Success: Atrix Laboratories Inc., a drug delivery and development company, named Brian Richmond to the newly created CFO post. The Fort Collins, Colo.-based firm said Richmond had been part of its executive management team since 1997 as VP of finance.
