    Chart House Enterprises announced that Nancy Kresek will serve as acting CFO, following the resignation of executive VP and CFO William Sullivan. Before joining the Chicago-based restaurant operator, Kresek most recently served as CFO and VP of finance and administration for Chicago-based Maverix.net, Inc.
  • Signed, Sealed and Delivered: St. Paul, Minn.-based Printware Inc., a maker of “computer-to-plate” systems named Mark Eisenschenk CFO, succeeding Tom Petschauer. Most recently, Eisenschenk has been managing partner of Goldmark Advisors, LLC, a Minn.-based high technology business advisory firm. In 1999, Petschauer earned $116,888 in salary and other compensation.
  • Missing Pieces: Auto parts maker Ventra Group Inc., announced its CEO, Kenneth Nichols would retire after 22 years “to pursue other goals” and that its CFO, James Lawn would leave at the end of this month to accept a position with another company. The company’s board of directors appointed Anthony Griffiths as interim CEO. The search for a new CFO will begin immediately.
  • High Performance: Livonia, Mich.- based McLaren Performance Technologies, an engineering research and development company, announced it appointed Chris J. Panzl as the company’s vice president and CFO, effective immediately. Most recently, Panzl served as vice president and partner for Metropolitan Capital Group, a commercial and residential lender-broker. Panzl replaces Jacqueline K. Kurtz who recently resigned from her position as executive VP of business infrastructure and CFO to pursue other personal interests.
