- He’s the One: Princeton, N.J.-based OnePath Networks named Mark Scagliuso to the position of VP and CFO. He joins the manufacturer of broadband optical systems and products from Antec Corp., based in Duluth, Ga., were he was VP and chief accounting and information officer.
- Broadbandit: In other broadband news, Sanjay Khare was named VP and CFO of Netro Corp. He joined the San Jose, Calif., maker of broadband wireless access systems in May as VP, business development from Venture Law Group. Khare succeeds Mike Everett, who is leaving to pursue another opportunity.
- Light bulbs are going off over the head of Mark Robinow. He was named CFO of IDeas Inc., a Minneapolis provider of revenue optimization solutions. He was formerly CFO of Rainforest Café, and most recently CFO of ZoneTrader.com, an online marketplace for used assets and equipment.
- Exchanging Places: Robert Heaton is leaving his job as a consultant to Target Corp. to join the WorldWide Retail Exchange as CFO. WWRE is a B2B retail exchange based in Alexandria, Va., which counts a number of the nation’s largest retailers as members, including Target, CVS, Safeway, and Kmart. He is the exchange’s first CFO.
