New CFOs join PMR, Web Elite, and Return on Investment Corp.

  • L. Jean Dunn is clearing his mind for hid new job at mental-healthcare-programs developer PMR Corp. He was appointed CFO of PMR and its subsidiary, InfoScriber Corp. Dunn, who Joins PMR from Elemental Software, which was acquired by Web- publisher Macromedia, is the San Diego-based company’s first CFO.
  • Reaching the upper echelons is Martin Cobb, who’s been named CFO of Web- development firm Web Elite. Cobb joins the Ann Arbor, Mich.-based company from CIMdata Inc., where he was corporate controller.
  • Guy R. Willcox thinks his new job will pay off. He was named CFO of Return On Investement Corp. He joins the Kennesaw, Ga., marketer of e-transaction middleware from an Atlanta-based hedgefund, where he was CFO.
  • Penultimate Frisby? Frisby Technologies announced today that Donald F. McKee was unable for personal reasons to join the company after his appointment to the posts of executive VP, CFO, and treasurer on Friday. The Winston-Salem, N.C.-based climate-control-materials company has re-launched its search for McKee’s replacement.
  • Moving Up the Food Chain: Andrew Allner was named finance director of Enodis Plc, a British food-equipment solutions provider. Allner joins Enodis from Dalgety Plc, where he was group finance director and CFO of its successor company PIC International Group Plc.
  • Reliacast Inc. is relying on former Network Solutions CFO Robert Korzeniewski. Currently executive VP of VeriSign Inc., Korzeniewski will serve on the board of the Herndon, Va.-based Internet-infrastructure-software company.
