- It’s Checkout Time for Kenneth Weber. He’s resigned as CFO of John Q. Hammons Hotels Inc., the hotel builder with brands such as Embassy Suites and Marriott, to pursue other interests. The Springfield, Mo.-based company will begin a search for his successor immediately. Weber made $333,000 last year.
- Pillow Talk: Pillowtex Corp. CFO Anthony T. Williams was named COO of the Dallas-based home-furnishings company. He will keep his duties as finance chief.
- Early Harvest: iHarvest Corp. named Bill Matthews CFO and VP of finance and administration. Matthews joins the Redwood Shores, Calif.-based Web-content management firm from Velocity.com, where he was CFO.
- David C. Nicolson needed a change. He was named SVP and CFO of diaper- maker Paragon Trade Brands Inc. He joins the Norcross, Ga.-based company from Rock-Tenn Co., where he was CFO.
