Applied-solutions firm IDEX has appointed Michael Yates interim CFO, effective Sept. 9. He replaces Heath Mitts, who has resigned. Yates joined the company 11 years ago and has been chief accounting officer since 2010.
Anil Goel, CFO of Indian Hotels Co., India’s largest hotel chain, resigned four days after landing a five-year contract extension. The contract reportedly called for both Goel and the company to provide notification six months in advance of resignation or termination.
Robert Krakowiak has been named CFO and treasurer at Stoneridge. He takes over for George Strickler, who will stay on as executive vice president. Krakowiak joins the electronic and electrical components designer and manufacturer from Visteon, where he was vice president of treasury and investor relations.
Communications Systems has promoted Mark Fandrich to the top finance spot. He replaces Edwin Freeman, who will become treasurer and vice president of corporate development. Formerly, Fandrich was vice president of finance for the firm’s Suttle subsidiary.
Semiconductor company Skyworks Solutions has selected Kris Sennesael to lead the finance function, succeeding Donald Palette. Previously, Sennesael headed finance at Enphase Energy.
Sharon Davis, chief accounting officer and chief operating officer at Adams Resources & Energy, will add to her role, having been named interim CFO and treasurer. As such, she takes over for Richard Abshire, who retired effective Aug. 31.
Insurer Baldwin & Lyons has promoted William Vens to the top finance spot. He started at the company in 2014 as managing director of finance, and had been named vice president of strategy and planning in June.
Deluxe Corp. has named Edward Merritt interim CFO, replacing Terry Peterson, who is leaving the company. Merritt will also continue in his roles as treasurer and vice president of investor relations.
Joseph Cirillo has been appointed to head finance at Production Resource Group, which provides production services in the entertainment field. Most recently, he was controller and chief accounting officer at Blyth.
Oil and natural gas exploration and production firm EXCO Resources said finance chief Richard Burnett has resigned. Chris Peracchi, treasurer and vice president of finance and investor relations, will become acting CFO.
