Consumer-products firm Church & Dwight has promoted Richard Dierker to CFO and executive vice president of finance, effective Jan. 1. As CFO he will replace Matthew Farrell, who will become CEO. Dierker has been at the company since 2009 and is now vice president of corporate finance.

Shutterstock has named Steven Berns to lead the finance function. He takes over for Tim Bixby, who has resigned from the imagery, music, and video provider. Most recently, Berns headed finance at Tribune Media. He had also been a member of Shutterstock’s board of directors for the past three years before he resigned last week.

Republic Airways Holdings has promoted Joe Allman to finance chief. He succeeds Timothy Dooley, who is leaving Republic on Sept. 1 after holding the top finance spot since 2011. Allman has been at the company since 2007 and has been vice president of finance and treasurer since 2012.

Sensor-systems designer and manufacturer FLIR Systems has appointed Amit Singhi CFO and senior vice president of finance. He takes over for interim CFO Dave Muessle, who will remain principal accounting officer and corporate controller. Singhi comes to the company from Ford Motor, where he headed finance for the global customer service division.

Cepheid has named Dan Madden to the top finance spot. He replaces Ilan Daskal, who had been CFO since April. Madden had been corporate controller at the molecular-diagnostics firm since 2014 and was acting CFO from February until April of this year.

Marc Montagner has been appointed finance chief of Endurance International Group Holdings, succeeding Tivanka Ellawala. Previously, Montagner headed finance at LightSquared.

American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings has promoted Christopher May to CFO. He has been at the firm for 21 years, most recently as treasurer.

William Brown has resigned from the top finance spot at U.S. Concrete, effective Aug. 25. A search is under way for his replacement.

Press Ganey Holdings has named Breht Feigh to lead the finance function, effective Aug. 31. Feigh joins the firm from American Dental Partners, where he also headed finance.

Finance chief Craig Jones is retiring from Electro Rent at the end of the month. Vice president, finance, Allen Sciarillo has been named acting CFO.
