CFOs on the Move: Week Ending April 25

Marc Costantini has been named to the top finance spot at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. He takes over from Robert Broatch, who is retiring after 12 years in the post. Costantini joins the company from Manulife Financial, where he was executive vice president of corporate development and strategy.

Uniform provider G&K Services has chosen Tracy Jokinen to lead the finance function, effective June 29. She replaces Jeffrey Wright, who announced last October that he would retire. Previously, Jokinen was vice president of corporate finance at Valspar.

Dan Durn has been named to the top finance spot at Freescale Semiconductor, effective in June. He succeeds Alan Campbell, who is retiring. Durn is a former CFO and executive vice president of finance and administration at Globalfoundries.

Raven Industries has named CFO Thomas Iacarella chief risk officer. Iacarella, who has been at the technical products designer and manufacturer since 1991 and has headed finance since 1998, will remain in his current post until his replacement is found.

Glenn David, senior vice president of finance operations at animal-health firm Zoetis, has been appointed acting CFO. He takes over from Richard Passov, who is leaving the company.

Technology and services firm Itron has announced that Steven Helmbrecht, who has been finance chief since 2005, will leave the company at the end of the year. A search is under way for his successor.
