Bruce Jaffe is the new finance chief at Glam Media Inc. He had served as corporate vice president of corporate development at Microsoft.
DocuSign Inc., an electronic-signature platform provider, has named Mike Dinsdale to the top finance spot. He is a former CFO of Lithium.
Brian Posner will lead the finance function at wave-energy technology company Ocean Power Technologies Inc. Previously, he was CFO of Power Medical Interventions Inc.
Brand Neue Corp. has named R. Bev Harrison CFO. He joins the product-innovation firm from WestFactor Capital Inc., where he was president.
Treasurer Robert Hombach has been promoted to CFO at health-care company Baxter International Inc. He succeeds Robert Davis, who was promoted to the post of president of Baxter's renal business.
Contango Oil & Gas Co. has promoted treasurer Sergio Castro to become finance chief. In that role, he takes over from chairman and CEO Kenneth Peak, who had been CFO since the company began in 1999.
Marketing and online survey tools provider Constant Contact Inc. has named Harpreet Grewal CFO and treasurer, effective July 6. Grewal comes to the company from TheLadders.com, where he headed finance.
BioMed Realty Trust Inc. has promoted chief accounting officer Greg Lubushkin to lead the finance function. Lubushkin, who has been at the real estate investment trust since 2007, replaces Kent Griffin, who will remain in his roles as president and chief operating officer.
Susan Topel-Samek is the new head of finance at IEC Electronics Corp. She succeeds Mike Schlehr, who has resigned from the company. Topel-Samek is a former treasurer of Bausch & Lomb.
HCC Insurance Holdings Inc. has named finance chief W. Tobin Whamond to be the new chief operating officer, effective August 10. He will be replaced at that time by Brad Irick, who joined the company in May as executive vice president.
