
Darrell Campbell | Schneider National
Darrell Campbell will take over as finance chief of transportation and logistics services provider Schneider National on Sept. 30. Campbell most recently was group vice president of finance and strategy and treasurer of JM Family Enterprises, an automotive vehicle distribution, finance, and insurance company with $18 billion in revenue. Before that, he was CFO of Carnival Cruise Line after being corporate treasurer of the parent company, Carnival. Campbell succeeds Steve Bruffett, who is retiring after five years as CFO.
Robert Schrader | Paychex
Robert Schrader, currently vice president of finance and investor relations, will take over as CFO of payroll and HR solution provider Paychex on Oct. 13. Schrader joined the company in December 2014 as director of internal audit. He previously worked at Bausch & Lomb, where his 10-year career culminated in the position of vice president of finance and controller of global quality and operations. He was a former audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Schrader succeeds Efrain Rivera, who is retiring. Rivera joined Paychex as senior vice president, CFO, and treasurer in 2011

Dave Loretta | The Honest Company
The Honest Company hired Dave Loretta as its new CFO. Loretta joins the personal care product company (co-founded by Jessica Alba) from clothing brand Duluth Trading, which he joined as finance chief in 2017. Before that, Loretta spent more than 14 years in a series of roles at Nordstrom and Restoration Hardware. Loretta replaces Kelly Kennedy, who is stepping down as CFO after helping steward the company’s IPO in 2021.
Kevin Watson | Barnes & Noble Education
Barnes & Noble Education hired Kevin Watson as the academic bookseller’s new CFO. Watson previously spent five years as chief financial officer of U.S. energy distributor and service provider Paraco Gas. Before that, he was CFO of Ironwood Strategic Advisors. He spent 10 years working at Cablevision, most recently as senior vice president and treasurer, and held a variety of finance roles at MCI Telecommunications and Prudential Securities.

Mike Lenihan | CKE Restaurants Holdings
CKE Restaurants Holdings, the parent company of fast-food brands Carl's Jr. and Hardee's, named Mike Lenihan as chief financial officer. Lenihan has 20 years of experience working at Yum!, and was most recently vice president of FP&A and treasury. He previously held roles with KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell in strategic planning, distribution management, development, mergers and acquisitions, and finance.
Drew Wolff | Trupanion
Drew Wolff, finance chief of pet insurance provider Trupanion, is stepping down June 1 “to pursue other interests.” After that, Wolff will work as a senior adviser to help search for and train a new CFO. Wei Li, corporate controller of the company, was named interim chief financial officer while the company looks for a permanent replacement. Li joined Trupanion in 2018 as senior manager, financial reporting and technical accounting.

Rita Parvaneh | Sectigo
Rita Parvaneh was appointed finance chief of Sectigo, a digital identity solution provider. Parvaneh’s most recently spent nearly a decade as CFO of Spireon, a provider of GPS tracking solutions for vehicle dealers, lenders, and fleets. Earlier, Parvaneh held several finance and accounting roles, including more than eight years in public accounting with Deloitte.
Jan Paul Teuwen | Shutterfly
Shutterfly appointed Jan Paul Teuwen as finance chief of the online photo printing company. Teuwen was most recently chief financial officer for Lumileds, a global lighting solutions company for which he has worked the last 12 years. Before that, he spent 10 years at global technology company Philips, holding controller and FP&A positions in several business areas. Teuwen succeeds Mike Eklund, who is stepping down after two years to pursue other opportunities.

James Coogan | Axcelis Technologies
James Coogan was named chief financial officer of Axcelis Technologies, an ion implantation equipment provider to the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Coogan joins Axcelis after working 15 years at Kaman, an aerospace and defense products provider, where he was most recently finance chief. After starting his career at PwC, he held several financial management roles at Ann Taylor Stores and Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority. Coogan will succeed Kevin Brewer in Oct. 2023, and Brewer will become executive vice president of finance and operations. Brewer plans to retire at the end of 2023 and will remain a senior adviser through 2024.

Damian Finio | TerraCycle
TerraCycle hired Damian Finio as CFO of the recycler of pre- and post-consumer waste. Finio most recently was chief financial officer of Phibro Animal Health. He has more than 30 years of financial management experience, primarily in life sciences. He spent 13 years at AstraZeneca and has previously been CFO of generic pharmaceutical company Teligent, Virtus Pharmaceuticals, and West-Ward Pharmaceuticals. Finio succeeds Javier Daly, who is retiring.
