Kraft Foods Group Inc. has named Teri List-Stoll senior vice president of finance, and she will take over from CFO Timothy McLevish in the first quarter of next year. She comes to the company from Procter & Gamble, where she was treasurer.

National Financial Partners has promoted Brett Schneider to the top finance spot, replacing Donna Blank. Schneider has been at the company since 2003, most recently as controller.

Chris Downie has been named CEO of The Telx Group. He has been president and CFO since 2007.

Capital Access Network Inc. has named Shiladitya Ray to head finance. He succeeds Daniel DeMeo, who was promoted to CEO. Previously, Ray worked at GE Capital for 16 years, most recently as global simplification leader for GE Treasury.

Postacute health-care services provider AccentCare Inc. has selected Jeffrey Sherman to lead the finance function. Formerly, he was finance chief at LifePoint Hospitals.

Global hotel-management firm Interstate Hotels & Resorts Inc. has promoted Carrie McIntyre to the top finance spot. She had been treasurer at the company.

Heartland Financial USA Inc. has appointed Bryan McKeag to head finance. He replaces John Schmidt, who resigned in July. McKeag joins the financial-services firm from Associated Banc-Corp, where he was executive vice president-corporate controller and principal accounting officer.

Rafeal Brown has been named CFO and chief administrative officer of Pegasystems Inc., a business-process-management and customer-relationship-management services provider. Formerly, he was a senior vice president in the finance group at

Finance chief Vincent Pilette has resigned from Electronics For Imaging Inc. The company plans to undertake a search for his successor. In the meantime, Marc Olin, general manager of EFI Productivity Software, will be interim CFO.

Newmont Mining Corp. has appointed Laurie Brlas to lead the finance function. She takes over from interim CFO Tom Mahoney, who will return to his former post as treasurer. Previously, Brlas was president of global operations at Cliffs Natural Resources.
