CFOs on the Move: Week Ending June 21

John Nallen has been promoted to finance chief at the media and entertainment division of News Corp., which will be known as 21st Century Fox after it separates from the company’s publishing division, which will continue to be known as News Corp. Nallen has been deputy CFO of News Corp. since 2001.

Jeffrey Campbell has been appointed to the top finance spot at American Express Co. He takes over from Daniel Henry, who had announced earlier in the year that he would retire. Campbell will start at the company as executive vice president, finance, in July and become CFO in August after the firm finishes its financial filings for the second quarter. Most recently, he was CFO at McKesson Corp.

Tribune Co. has named Steven Berns executive vice president/CFO. He succeeds Chandler Bigelow, who will take on the newly created post of executive vice president/chief business strategies and operations officer. Previously, Berns led the finance function at Revlon Inc.

Derek Kerr has been named to head finance at American Airlines Inc. after its parent company, AMR Corp., merges with US Airways Group Inc. He currently holds the same position at USAirways.

TriZetto Corp. has appointed Douglas Barnett as its next finance chief. Most recently, he was CFO, chief administrative officer, and managing director of AlixPartners LLP.

Duke Energy Corp.’s board of directors has elected Lynn Good president and CEO, effective next month. She replaces Jim Rogers, who will remain chairman of the board until he retires at the end of the year. Good had led the finance function since 2009.

Biopharmaceutical firm Parexel International Corp. has named Ingo Bank senior vice president, and he will become CFO on September 1. He succeeds James Winschel Jr., who will become executive vice president until his retirement next year. Formerly, Bank was CFO of the Philips Healthcare division of Royal Philips.

Linda Pearce has been appointed to head finance at Tillamook County Creamery Association. She takes over from Don Desjarlais, who will become corporate controller and vice president of finance. Previously, Pearce was CFO of Nautilus Inc.
