CFOs on the Move: Week Ending June 22

Steven Kober has been promoted to CFO at Sony Corporation of America, effective June 27. He takes over from Robert Wiesenthal, who has been promoted to president, international at Sony/ATV Music Publishing. Kober, who joined the company in 1989, is now senior vice president, finance.

Gannett Co. has appointed Victoria Harker to lead the finance function, effective July 23. She replaces Paul Saleh, who left the firm in May. Most recently, Harker was CFO and president of global business services at AES Corp.

Ray Arthur has resigned from the top finance spot at Pep Boys, effective June 29. A search for his successor is under way.

HEI Hotels & Resorts has promoted finance chief and general counsel Anthony Rutledge to become its next CEO. Rutledge has been at the company since soon after it was founded in 2002.

Communications-systems integrator Black Box Corp. has announced that CFO, secretary, and treasurer Michael McAndrew will become president and CEO, effective April 1, 2013. R. Terry Blakemore will remain in those roles until March 31, 2013, and will retire from the firm on May 31 of next year.

Scott & White Health Plan has named Scott Dickison to lead the finance function. Previously, he was CFO of Renown Health-Hometown Health.
