Jeffrey Vanneste will become head of finance at Lear Corp., effective March 15. Previously at Lear for more than 15 years in various roles including vice president of finance, European operations, Vanneste rejoins the company after serving as CFO of International Automotive Components Group.
Chiquita Brands International Inc. has named Brian Kocher to the top finance spot. He replaces Michael Sims, who has resigned. Kocher, who has been at the company since 2005, had been president, Europe and the Middle East.
Robert Rozek has been named finance chief of Korn/Ferry International. He succeeds Mike DiGregorio, who is leaving the company. Rozek joins Korn/Ferry from Cushman & Wakefield, where he also served as CFO.
Real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield Inc. has appointed Michael Bartolotta to head finance. He takes over from Robert Rozek, who will become CFO of Korn/Ferry International (see item above). Most recently, Bartolotta was CFO of EXOR Inc.
Digital Domain Media Group has named John Nichols to lead the finance function. Nichols, an adviser to the digital-production firm since October, will replace Jonathan Teaford, who will become CEO of subsidiary Digital Domain Institute.
CFO Francis McCarron has announced that he plans to resign from holding company Harbinger Group Inc. on April 30. A search for his successor is under way.
BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. has said that finance chief Jeffrey Cooper will step down from his post at midyear and continue as an adviser to the company until the end of the year. Cooper has been at BioMarin since 2003 and was named CFO in 2005.
Vehicle-parts manufacturer Dana Holding Corp. has named William Quigley III to the top finance spot, effective March 1. He replaces James Yost, who will stay on at the company until his contract expires on May 12. Formerly, Quigley was CFO of Visteon Corp.
Sue Gove will add to her responsibilities as CFO and COO of Golfsmith International Holdings Inc. by adding the title of president. She joined the retailer of golf and tennis equipment and clothing as COO in 2008 and was named CFO in 2009.
