Reynolds American Inc. has announced that Mark Peters, vice president of finance at RAI Services, will become CFO of subsidiary R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. In that role, he succeeds Andrew Gilchrist, who will be the new president and chief commercial officer at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco.
