CFOs on the Move: Week Ending December 10

David Wells, vice president of financial planning and analysis at Netflix Inc., has been promoted to finance chief. He replaces Barry McCarthy, who is leaving the company after serving as CFO since 1999.

Reynolds American Inc. has announced that Mark Peters, vice president of finance at RAI Services, will become CFO of subsidiary R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. In that role, he succeeds Andrew Gilchrist, who will be the new president and chief commercial officer at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco.

Marketing firm ClickSquared Inc. has named Stephen Henkenmeier to lead the finance function. He joins the company from M / C Communications, where he also served as CFO.

Martin Craven plans to retire from the top finance spot at natural-gas company Questar Corp. in March. Kevin Hadlock will take over as CFO on January 1; most recently, he was CFO of Baltimore Gas & Electric.

Semiconductor value-chain producer eSilicon Corp. has named Warren Ligan as its new finance chief. He replaces Jim Lindstrom, who will become vice president of business integration and information services. Ligan comes to the firm from Flextronics International Ltd., where he was senior vice president, treasury and investor relations.

Prestige Brands Holdings Inc. has selected Ron Lombardi to head finance. He succeeds Pete Anderson, who is retiring from the consumer-products company. Lombardi is a former CFO of Waterbury International Holdings.

Mary Chaput, who has led the finance function at Healthways Inc. since 2001, will retire from the post at the end of the year but stay on for another year to help in the transition. Chief accounting officer and controller Alfred Lumsdaine has been named to replace Chaput as CFO.

CFO John Scannell has been promoted to president and chief operating officer at precision-control components manufacturer Moog Inc. Donald Fishback, vice president of finance since 2007, will take over as finance chief.

Data-security company Imperva has named Terry Schmid to the top finance spot. He formerly headed finance at Coremetrics.

Kevin Cavanah has been promoted to CFO and vice president of finance at industrial-services firm Matrix Service Co. He has been controller since 2003 and vice president, accounting and financial reporting, since 2007.
