CIGNA Corp. has announced that CFO Annmarie Hagan is leaving the company. Treasurer Thomas McCarthy will serve as acting CFO until a permanent successor is found.

John Duffey has been appointed to the top finance spot at Six Flags Entertainment Corp. He replaces Jeffrey Speed, who is leaving the theme-park operator. Duffey is a former chief integration officer at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics.

Wind-sensor product developer and manufacturer Catch the Wind Ltd. has named Robin Roge interim finance chief. She takes over from David Samuels, who is leaving the company. Roge has been director of accounting since 2009.

Stewart Halpern has resigned as head of finance at Mad Catz Interactive Inc., a provider of interactive entertainment accessories. Controller Allyson Vanderford will be interim CFO until a permanent replacement for Halpern is found.

Francis Leonard has resigned as CFO of Addus HomeCare Corp. A search is under way for his successor, and he will stay on until November 30 to aid in the transition period.

ReputationDefender Inc. has named Paul Kirincich to lead the finance function. He comes to the online reputation and privacy manager from Extend Health Inc., where he also served as CFO.

Mary Higgins is the new head of finance at Global Cash Access Holdings Inc., a provider of cash-access services to the gaming industry. She joins the company from Herbst Gaming Inc., where she had been CFO since 2000.
