Michael Cavanagh, CFO of JPMorgan Chase & Co., will become CEO of the firm’s Treasury & Securities Services business. He replaces Heidi Miller, who will become president of the international division. Doug Braunstein, currently head of Investment Banking, Americas, will take over from Cavanagh as CFO.

Houlihan Lokey has named Eileen Kamerick managing director and CFO. She comes to the investment bank from TectaAmerica Corp., where she was chief legal officer and CFO.

Mark Bierley will add to his responsibilities as finance chief of book retailer Borders Group: he has been named COO of subsidiary Borders Inc. Bierley has been at the company since 1996 and was appointed CFO in January 2009.

Video-game retailer GameStop Corp. has promoted Robert Lloyd to the top finance spot. He has been interim CFO since February.

Glenn Cohen has been promoted to lead the finance function at real estate investment trust Kimco Realty Corp. Cohen, who joined the company in 1995, has been treasurer since 1997 and chief accounting officer since 2009.

Eliassen Group has appointed Anthony Valente CFO. He takes over at the consulting firm from Dave MacKeen, who will continue on as president of the company’s Technology Staffing Division. Most recently, Valente was financial director at Randstad.

Oncology company Marshall Edwards Inc. has named Thomas Zech to head finance. He succeeds David Seaton, who is leaving the company. Previously, Zech was vice president, finance, and CFO of Pacira Pharmaceuticals.

Beneficial Mutual Bancorp Inc. has appointed Thomas Cestare CFO of both the company and its subsidiary Beneficial Bank. He is a former chief accounting officer of Sovereign Bancorp Inc.

Robert Andersen will take over as finance chief at core systems software company Phoenix Technologies Ltd. Andersen, who first came to the firm in 2008 as vice president of finance, has been interim CFO since March.

RTI Biologics Inc., which provides sterile biological implants for surgery, has named Robert Jordheim to the top finance spot. Previously, he was vice president, finance and business development, for the spinal and biologics business unit of Medtronic Inc.
