Virginia Wilson will be leaving hospitality company Wyndham Worldwide Corp., where she is CFO. The company has started a search for her replacement, and she will stay on through the third quarter to aid in the transition.
Michael Picci, CFO of energy company Comverge Inc., adds the titles of interim president and chief executive officer to his role. He succeeds Robert Christie, who has retired as chairman, president, and chief executive officer. Picci has been at Comverge since February 2006, and was named CFO in June of that year.
Financial-services company F.N.B. Corp. has promoted Vincent Calabrese to head the finance function. Calabrese joined the firm in 2007 as corporate controller and principal accounting officer.
Noble Energy Inc. has announced the resignation of CFO ChrisTong, effective August 1. A search is under way for a successor to Tong, who had been at the company since 2005.
Richard McKenney is the new CFO of Unum Group, a provider of employee-benefits products. He takes over from Robert Greving, who had announced earlier this year that he would be retiring. Most recently, McKenney was executive vice president and CFO at Sun Life Financial Inc.

Kevin Bauer, vice president of finance and corporate controller at Exar Corp., has been promoted to CFO. He succeeds J. Scott Kamsler, who resigned.
Bruce Horn is the new CFO at Signet Solar Inc. Previously, he headed finance at StrataLight Communications Inc.
