Abstract:
On July 23rd, 2009, leaders from twelve regional U.S. banks joined together for a roundtable discussion to share ideas around the critical nature of linking profitability to incentive compensation. The roundtable was hosted by Varicent and moderated by Scott Barton, an industry verteran in compensation management and sales effectiveness.
