- Abstract:
- This report outlines some of the methods being used in the (CEO) selection process. It also deals with communicating a management change both internally to employees, and externally to the investment community. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, this report provides directors with a better sense of what other boards at public companies are doing with regard to this process. To that end, a survey is included that details what boards are currently doing to address the issue of CEO succession planning.
