Duration: 1 hour
The scale and rapid pace of technological change has spawned entirely new business models and value creation strategies. As value creation strategies change, so too have the demands on the finance organization: classic functions such as historical reporting, annual planning, and compliance are giving way to modern finance activities such as data-driven analysis, continuous planning and budgeting, and strategic business support.
Where does your finance organization stand in the shift from classic to modern finance? Join Oracle Chairman Jeff Henley and Accenture Strategy Managing Director Scott Brennan as they explore the findings of new global research on the role of the CFO as technology evangelist. You'll learn what 975 senior finance executives and 300 line-of-business executives around the world really think about the ability of finance to drive value creation.
Special guest Stuart Brown, senior vice president and CFO with Red Robin, will share how he and his finance team are using advanced analytics, social collaboration tools, the cloud and other modern technologies to become more effective, influential business partners driving Red Robin's impressive growth.
This live, 60-minute Webcast is a must-attend event for any CFO or finance executive looking to play an expanded role in driving strategy and supporting the business, and using technology to make a profound impact on the enterprise.
