How to Improve the Accuracy and Transparency of Your Financial Close
Sponsored by Hyland Software
In many finance departments, the end of the month signals a time when finance teams dedicate days or even weeks to tracking down data or poring over spreadsheets.
It does not have to be this way. To cite an example, within 16 months, one company reduced its financial reporting cycle from more than ten days down to five, and it continues to shorten its reporting cycle each month. At the same time, the company's financial reporting has become more accurate and the company has introduced greater transparency with each stage of its closing process.
Is it possible to achieve the same within your company? This Webcast will provide you with actionable next steps to help you on the road to optimizing your financial close. During this Webcast, you will learn from Chris Hyland, CFO of Hyland Software, and a panel of experts:
- How to achieve greater efficiency during each close cycle;
- Why focusing on the human side -- those aspects of the financial close that cannot be automated -- helps reduce errors and post-close adjustments; and
- How to improve the transparency and accuracy of your financial close.
This is one Webcast you will not want to miss if you aim to optimize your financial close, and, as a result, free up your finance team to focus on improving your company's performance rather than on completing the next monthly report.
