Summary

Are you making or planning to make payments to foreign vendors? The IRS still considers compliance with foreign vendor reporting (Section 1441) a Tier 1 issue, and closely monitors this classification of taxpayers. Knowing that the IRS is keeping close tabs on this issue, are you comfortable providing your Form 1042 to an IRS auditor upon request?

Reduce the risks associated with IRS tax documentation and reporting by participating in this Webcast, which will show you and your staff how to tackle thorny tax compliance issues.

From this Webcast, you will learn how to "on-board" a new foreign vendor, how to document vendors properly, how to withhold correct amounts and how to report accurately using the IRS Form 1042-S.

This Webcast no longer offers the opportunity to earn continuing professional education (CPE) credit. We invite you to stay tuned to CFO.com for future Webcasts that will offer attendees opportunities to earn CPE credit.
