Volatility, uncertainty and risk are the dominant themes as managers try to navigate through today's business world. How are the best adapting to an environment where five-year strategies, detailed annual budgets and quarterly forecasts have ceased to be effective tools?

During this webcast, David Axson will discuss practical tools and techniques that can help provide insight, enabling managers to make faster, more confident decisions.

This webcast is designed for business and finance executives who are seeking to better understand the tools and techniques that can be applied on a daily basis to chart a course through 2009 and beyond.

From this webcast, you will gain a better understanding of how to:

  • Move from a static annual budget to dynamic, real-time management processes.

  • Rapidly analyze key performance data to identify the true drivers of current and future results.

  • Double the productivity of your professional finance staff.

  • Take advantage of the latest technologies to drive faster, more confident decision-making.

All participants in this webcast will receive an advance copy of a chapter entitled New Risks for A New World, from David's new book, The Illusion of Competence — Exposing the Myths of Management, which will be published later in 2009.
