About CFO Playbook
CFO Playbook is a series of educational Webcasts, eBooks and events, aimed at providing you with practical knowledge and insights from your peers.

Faced with an ever-expanding number of human-capital tools and technologies, CFOs are understandably unsure of their next moves. Of course they want the benefits of the best and the brightest systems, but they also need to look out for the bottom line.

In order to make the best investments in human resources (HR), CFOs must work closely with experts within and outside their organizations. They must consider their organizations' goals first and then align these goals with technology, rather than investing and then realizing down the road that these technologies are not the right fit.

Today's human-capital technology tools offer unparalleled access to insights and expertise on hiring, performance, training and education. But how can you determine which tools are right for you and your bottom line?

This Webcast will explore:

  • New HR technology developments and what they mean for your company;

  • The opportunities that new tools can bring to your company's hiring, employee performance, training and education;

  • Why the CFO needs to be involved in the HR-technology investment decision;

  • Whom you should talk to within your organization to make the best investment choices possible; and

  • What you need to ask when choosing a vendor.
