Is a rigid annual budgeting process putting your company in danger in these turbulent times?
This webcast will demonstrate the value of a better approach. Through case examples, you will hear about leading companies that have moved from traditional budgeting to continuous planning and forecasting, and learn how the switch has improved the speed and effectiveness of their management decision-making. We will advise attendees on how to change the ways their companies set targets, devise incentives, allocate resources, and determine priorities during the transition to continuous planning.
As a result of attending this webcast, you will learn how to:
- Evaluate your company's approach to budgeting;
- Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy of your company's forecasts; and
- Make the case, and get executive buy-in, for establishing a dynamic planning process.
Registrants will receive access to the full version of the Beyond Budgeting Round Table's diagnostic. This tool will help you to better understand where your current management model is deficient and can help you evaluate an alternative model based on the Beyond Budgeting principles.
Registrants will also receive a copy of the BBRT Insight White Paper, "Why Planning Needs to be Continuous and Adaptive."
