What technical set-up is necessary to ensure I can listen to and view a Webcast on CFO.com?

To confirm that your computer and your network can accommodate Webcasts, we strongly recommend that you visit the Webcast Help Guide and click on the "Test Your System" link displayed within this guide.

Please note that Webcasts on CFO.com are streamed over the Internet so that you can listen to them through your computer speakers. Unless indicated otherwise, there is no dial-in number for listening to Webcasts.

I won't be able to attend a Webcast at the time it is scheduled. Will a replay be available?

You do have the option of joining a Webcast in progress after the event begins. If you miss an entire Webcast, an on-demand archive of a Webcast is available on CFO.com starting within a week after the date of the live event. If you have already registered for a Webcast, you will receive an e-mail message to indicate when the archive is available. An archive of a Webcast continues to be available on CFO.com for up to a year after the date of the live event.

Is continuing professional education (CPE) credit available for Webcasts?

Each Webcast from CFO.com indicates whether or not it offers registrants the opportunity to earn CPE credits. For a Webcast that offers the opportunity to earn CPE credits, the opportunity is only available to registrants who attend the live event.
